Data Deletion Request

1. Your Right to Data Deletion

At 72AGI, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

2. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving your deletion request, we will remove the following data:

  • Your account information (name, email, profile details)
  • TikTok account connection data and access tokens
  • Generated video content and associated metadata
  • SOP records and asset library data
  • Skill templates and prompt engineering configurations
  • Usage history and analytics data
  • Any other personally identifiable information

3. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request data deletion through any of the following methods:

  • Email: Send a request to blarelewis741@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
  • In-App: Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete My Data

4. Processing Timeline

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

5. Data Retention Exceptions

Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law, including:

  • Transaction records required for tax and accounting purposes
  • Data necessary to comply with legal obligations
  • Anonymized and aggregated data that cannot identify you

6. TikTok Data

When you disconnect your TikTok account or request data deletion, we will:

  • Immediately revoke all TikTok API access tokens
  • Delete all TikTok user data stored on our servers
  • Remove any cached TikTok content and metadata

Note: This does not affect content already published to your TikTok account. To manage content on TikTok, please use the TikTok app directly.
