72AGI is an AI-powered content creation platform that helps users create, schedule, and publish content to TikTok. Our services include:

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as needed.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by the laws of your country) to use the Service. By using 72AGI, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 5. TikTok Integration

By connecting your TikTok account to 72AGI, you authorize us to access and use your TikTok account to publish content on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time through your TikTok account settings or by contacting us.

You are solely responsible for the content published through our Service. All content must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content.

You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service. By using 72AGI, you grant us a limited license to process and publish your content as directed by you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. Limitation of Liability

72AGI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or TikTok account standing.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes.
